The weather....is officially warm....it was too warm today to play basketball in sweatpants. This is bad news. It's only March. My God have mercy on my soul come
summertime.
I went to Seoul this weekend without Jenny...intentionally....usually I can't handle being with someone all day all the time every day....but her if I was given the choice I think I would....it's weird...unual for me and for my personality type....

anyway, even though I didn't want to, I went off and left her in Wonju with her daughter and her friends for a picnic.
Not like it was a long time by any stretch....Friday night to Sunday dinner time....congratulations me...like 42 whole hours. But probably a healthy move. I ended up seeing her daughter anyway, and that was fun. Sadly, she said she never went to a park like this with her husband...and he didn't care to take pictures like this either...new experience....kinda sad no?
Speaking of her daughter...wow we have had a lot of interesting/difficult/awkward conversations this past week. About everything. About her daughter, about us, about yea, everything. Conversations that would be awkward with a Canadian girl....never mind a Korean one. But they all went really well....which shows me two things: a) her English is really good....and b) we communicate very well on a deep level..so yea.

Ah! She's sooo cute!! I can hardly stand it!
Haha ... too warm for you is it? It's SNOWING in Victoria. Actually snowing, just not the pitiful pathetic version of snow we normally get. Snowing on March 9. Can you imagine??
Anyways, congrats on your interesting/difficult/awkward conversations that went really well ... that's always the best way for them to go. :)
Okay, I take back the snow comment ... now its sunny and the snow's almost all gone. Sigh.
snow? wow. Yikes. Too be far it's not warm....it's like 10 or 12...but enough for me to sweat playing sports. I know...she's adorable. It's ridiculous. And her voice is sooooo cute too. Baby Korean talk is so cute.
Firstly, what are those cool cars she driving?
Interesting what you say about the ex not going to the park and being able to communicate so well.
So, what kind of personality are you anyways?
Dad
Yea, they closed off the street by the park and kids drive these sweet electric cars and slow(ish) gokarts. Me and Jenny were jealous. big time.
On the husband topic...she never had a good birthday memory....taking her for dinner and giving her presents were unbelievable...never had a good valentines...the guy is a turd. But sadly, seems like a traditional husband type in Korea. Except he wasn't a drunk, that's tradition too. To their credit, I've seen some sweet younger men, so times are changing....but anyway still sad.
